Ballet Barre (Virtual)

Meditation stretch takes place in a peaceful environment, with students holding the poses gently for up to two minutes. This class is a calm, slow-paced, meditative style and is attractive to those who desire to wind down and relax. Using props like the yoga strap (towel), a block (or thick book) you can sink deep into the movements to promote ultimate relaxation while improving flexibility in your muscle tissues.
