Cardio Barre (Virtual)

Want to strengthen your core?  Join us this March for our Cardio Barre!  This class is a mixture of ballet movements in a cardio setting combined with light weights (optional).  Experience muscle toning that promotes long, lean muscles and lines kindred to a ballerina.  It is sure to get your heart pumping and body toned! You will need 2-5lb dumbbells or 2-5lb wrist and ankle weights.  All are welcome and modifications will be given, as needed.
