Flow & Rejuvenate (Virtual)
In this class we use specific movements from Pilates and yoga that will help the student to move dynamically from one exercise immediately into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of exercise and breath generates a state of strength by encouraging students to let go and focus on the present moment. Each exercise is timed with an inhalation and an exhalation in a choreographed sequence. This can boost your physical vitality, calm your mind, balance and rejuvenate your body.
It also helps align, stretch and strengthen the body in order to achieve lean muscles while improving stamina, flexibility, range of motion, reduce stress, promote mental calm, and provide many other therapeutic benefits.
