Glow in the Dark Relaxation (Virtual)
Relaxation therapy consists of techniques primarily aimed at decreasing physical and mental tensions. This is a technique that helps people to be more relaxed when confronted by pain or a stressful situation. Meditation!
This class will help us “shake off” any stress and baggage from the work week. We will use progressive muscle stretching movements, guided breathing with music to calm your mind and body and even aromas (candles, incense and diffusers) to induce a natural state of relaxation. In order to make it fun, we will use glow in the dark sticks, face and body paint with glow bracelets and necklaces.
