Stay in Shape Open Classes (Virtual)

 The Stay in Shape Program is designed for the dancers (young adult, college student and professional) who want to stay in great shape for the summer.

Curriculum:  Ballet technique, Contemporary, Conditioning (including strength, cardio, stretch and abs), Pilates

$15 per class

** 5 student minimum per class **

* Please have a yoga mat, a small towel, and a bottle of water *

** All levels are welcome **

SCHEDULE

Monday/Wednesday/Saturday

11am - 12pm : Conditioning

12pm - 1:30pm : Ballet

Tuesday/Thursday

4:30pm - 5:30pm : Pilates

5:30pm - 6:30pm : Contemporary
