In this class, the student moves dynamically from one exercise immediately into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of exercise and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging students to let go and focus on the present moment. Each exercise is timed with an inhalation or an exhalation in a choreographed sequence. This can boost your physical vitality, calm your mind and balance the body’s systems and rejuvenate your body.
