Pilates increases your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements and exercises performed on a mat that restore balance. This class will lengthen and strengthen your entire body from the inside out for a strong and lean physique with an emphasis on the core muscles of the lower back and abdominals.

Pilates Strength

  • The Zoom Link will be emailed 1 day prior to the session.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If a refund is requested, funds will be returned minus a 3% processing fee.
