This 55-minute military inspired cardio workout is a high-energy, easy-to-follow class for a fun way to get fit and lose weight.  This workout commands power, strength and agility. As you maneuver your way through each exercise, you’ll lunge, crunch, and box your way to a full body workout and burn calories.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If a refund is requested, funds will be returned minus a 3% processing fee.
