Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4pm - 5pm
The Stay in Shape Program is designed for the adult dancer (college student and professional) who want to stay in great shape for the summer.
Curriculum: Ballet technique, Contemporary, Conditioning including strength, cardio, Stretch and abs, Pilates
