Stretch & Flexibility (Virtual)

This class is a fusion of stretching and strengthening all rolled into one!  Experience muscle lengthening that promotes long, lean muscles and lines kindred to a ballerina.  It is sure to get your body toned and elongated!  You will need a yoga mat, yoga block, or thick book and a yoga band or small towel.  All are welcome and modifications will be given, as needed.
