This class is a total-body workout that targets muscles from head to toe to build strength and endurance while improving flexibility. Light weights such as dumbbells (2-5lbs), ankle and wrist weights (2-5lbs) are used to shape and tone while improving your alignment and posture. It also uses elements from ballet with conditioning and core work.
